Practical Experience
Kevin oversees the internal Human Resources function at RBW, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, staff training and development, performance management and legislative compliance. Kevin also provides HR Consulting Services to clients of the firm.
Community Activities
Kevin is an assistant coach with the Niagara College Knights Women’s Basketball team. He has also been actively involved with Special Olympics Ontario as an assistant coach for Soccer and Basketball.
Background
Kevin is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Niagara College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree concentrated in Business from the University of Guelph. He is an active member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) in the Niagara region. He also has experience as a recruitment consultant for a professional recruitment firm in Downtown Vancouver. Kevin has worked within the Public Accounting Industry for over 5 years in both Accounting and Human Resources roles. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, coaching, and watching sports.
